"Autogaz" (www.avtogazprom.ru) in North and South America. Autogaz is partially
owned by the world's largest energy company OAO "Gazprom". Autogaz has a
unique technology and is a low cost provider of pipeline inspections to help detect
cracks and corrosion.
In a strategic initiative to create a second business platform, ONYX uses company
proceeds to make strategic investments in energy, technology and service
companies, primary in North America. ONYX made investments in
Minneapolis-based MainStreet Services, and in Ames, IA-based, Proplanner
(www.proplanner.net).
